Noga Terms of Service

Noga is an app to track and organize daily life with a baby, meant for parents and adults caring for a child.

You must be an adult to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your access private and for activity carried out from your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.

Some features are part of a paid subscription, Noga+.

Billing and renewal are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play, under their rules. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your store account.

The data and content you add remain yours.

You only grant us the right to host and process it to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.

You agree not to misuse the service, not to disrupt it, and not to post unlawful content.

Noga is an organization and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice and does not replace the advice of a health professional.

If you have any concern about your child's health, consult a professional.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

You can stop using Noga and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the law applicable in France.
