Noga Privacy Policy

Account: your email address and an identifier, to create and secure your access.

Data you enter: your baby's first name, date of birth, naps, bottles, growth (weight, height), milestones, notes and photos you add, and the members you invite to the family.

Subscription: if you subscribe to Noga+, your subscription status. Payments are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see your card number.

Notifications: if you turn them on, a technical identifier for your device, its time zone and its language, so we can send the reminders you chose. Delivery goes through the notification services of Expo, Apple and Google.

Feedback: if you write to us from the app, your message, the screenshots you attach and the technical context of your version. A screenshot may show your child's first name: you choose what you send.

Technical data: device information and anonymized error logs, to fix bugs and keep the app stable.

To provide the service: show your log, compute totals, estimate sleep windows and sync the family.

To improve and secure the app: diagnose crashes, prevent abuse.

To contact you: essential account messages, and, if you asked for it, the launch announcement.

Performance of the contract when you use Noga.

Our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service.

Your consent, where required (for example the waitlist or notifications), which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

We rely on providers that process data on our behalf, only to run Noga: hosting and database, error monitoring, notification delivery, subscription management through the app stores, and an internal discussion tool where we relay the feedback you send us.

We may disclose data where the law requires it.

We keep your data while your account is active.

If you delete your account, we delete your data within a reasonable period, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

You can access, correct, export and request deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent.

To delete your account and all your data, the steps are on the “Delete my account” page (/delete-account).

To exercise your other rights, write to themysterywordapp@gmail.com. If you are in the EU, you may also contact your local data protection authority.

Noga is meant for parents and adults caring for a child. Information about the child is entered by you, as a parent or guardian.

The app is not intended to be used directly by children.

Access is protected and data travels encrypted.

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards cover those transfers.

We may update this policy. If a change is significant, we will let you know.
