You can ask us to delete your Noga account and all associated data at any time, free of charge.

Write to us at themysterywordapp@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion". The button above prepares that message for you.
We confirm receipt, then deletion, by email.
What gets deleted
Your account and profile.
The data you entered: baby, naps, bottles, growth, milestones, notes and photos.
Your membership in a family. Shared data may remain visible to other members who still have access, unless they ask otherwise.
Timeline
We process the request within 30 days.
Backup copies are purged within a further reasonable period.
Noga+ subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel it from your store account.
